RE-OPENING SCHOOLS FOR 2023-21
After much research, analysis, consultation and deliberation, we have determined to launch the 2023/2021 school year on a fully VIRTUAL model. This model will continue until further notice. The district works closely with the Department of Health on our decisions. Students will return virtually on August 7. Chromebooks and materials will be going home. Instruction will be daily. No alternative programs will be offered at this time.

Creek View Pre-Registration Form for 2023-21 School Year
Beginning in 2023-21, MVSD will be expanding all Kindergarten and TK classes to a FULL-DAY schedule. TK and Kindergarten will be on the same schedule as students in grades 1-6.
Kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten enrollment packets for 2023/2021 are now available in the school office for pick up. Those students who will turn five years old by September 1, 2023 are eligible to start Kindergarten in August. Those students who will turn 5 years old between September 2 and December 2, 2023 are eligible to enroll in Transitional Kindergarten.
Please complete the Pre-Registration Online Form listed at the top of this webpage to begin the process. Once our school offices are allowed to re-open, we will make appointments for parents to bring in their packets. Registration packets must be complete with all additional required documentation included. Please refer to the additional required documentation needed by navigating to the Registration page listed below:
